Most instant soup gets its speed from processing that strips the ingredient down until very little survives. You get hot liquid and salt. NIRAAN starts from a different place. We build the microgreens into the formulation, then work out how to make it fast.
Our R&D team develops every NIRAAN formulation in house. Plant based ingredients, chemical free inputs, and freshly harvested microgreens that go into processing while they still carry something. The result is a bowl you can make between two calls without feeling like you skipped a meal.

— Why microgreens in a soup
The reason we start with a crop, not a recipe.
A microgreen is harvested within two to three weeks of germination, while the plant is still concentrating everything it has into a few small leaves. Handle it fresh and that value carries through. Store it for weeks first and there is little point using it at all.
That single fact decides how NIRAAN is made. It sets our harvest timing, it sets when processing happens, and it rules out a few formulations we would otherwise have liked to sell. It also means the microgreens in a NIRAAN pack are not there for the label. They are the reason the product exists.

Formulated in house, produced to our specification.
Every NIRAAN formulation comes from the Waraah Green Technologies R&D team. The formulations are proprietary to us and developed against four tests: quality, safety, efficacy, and whether the product is actually new rather than a relabelled version of something already on the shelf.
Production runs through partner manufacturing facilities. The formula, the specification and the quality call stay with us. A dealer who tests NIRAAN in March receives the same product in September.
