  • the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011

Where these overlap, we apply the standard that gives you the stronger protection.

6. Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies and similar technologies.

Necessary cookies keep the site working: session handling, security and form submission. These cannot be switched off.

Analytics cookies are set through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. They tell us how many people visit, which pages they read and where they arrive from. We use this in aggregate to improve the site.

You can manage or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking some cookies will affect how parts of the site behave.

Google processes analytics data under its own privacy terms. Their policy is published at policies.google.com/privacy.

7. Who we share your data with

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data. We never have. We share it only with:

  • Service providers who work for us. Website hosting, email delivery, analytics and, where used, a CRM or form processor. Each is bound to process data only on our instructions.
  • Our brand and manufacturing partners, and only where your enquiry requires it. A distribution enquiry may reach the partner handling your territory. We tell you when this applies.
  • Professional advisers, including accountants and legal counsel, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities, where a law, court order or lawful investigation requires disclosure.
  • A successor business, if the company is acquired, restructured or merged. We will notify you before your data moves to a new controller.

8. Where your data goes

Our primary processing happens in India. Some service providers, including analytics and email infrastructure, may store or process data on servers outside India. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure protection consistent with this policy and applicable law.

If you contact us from the EEA or the UK, your data will be transferred to India. Write to us if you want detail on the safeguards applied to that transfer.

10. Children’s data

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, processing a child’s personal data in India requires verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian. The Act also prohibits tracking, behavioural monitoring and targeted advertising directed at children.

Our KIDDYCO products are made for children aged three and above. Purchase, enquiry and communication run through the parent or guardian, not the child. We do not market to children directly and we do not build advertising profiles of children.

If you believe a child has submitted personal data through this website, write to info@waraahgreen.com and we will delete it.

How to exercise a right. Email info@waraahgreen.com with the subject line “Data Request” and tell us what you want. We may ask you to verify your identity before we act, to protect you from someone requesting your data. We respond within 30 days. There is no charge for a reasonable request.

12. Marketing communication

We send marketing or product updates only if you have opted in. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link that works. Unsubscribing stops marketing messages. It does not stop replies to an enquiry you raised, or messages required to complete a business discussion you started.

If we contact you by WhatsApp or SMS for a business enquiry, reply STOP and we will stop.

13. How we protect your data

We apply reasonable security practices proportionate to the data we hold, including:

  • encrypted connections across the website, using HTTPS
  • access limited to team members who need the data for their role
  • credentials and access reviewed periodically
  • service providers selected with security in mind and bound by contract
  • retention limits so we do not hold data longer than needed

No system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and any transmission of data over the internet carries some risk. Do not send confidential information through the contact form.

14. If a breach happens

If a personal data breach occurs that affects you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India in the manner and within the timelines the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 requires. Our notification will tell you what happened, what data was affected, what we have done, and what you should do.
