• “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Waraah Green Technologies Private Limited, including its officers, employees and authorised representatives.
• “Website”, “site” refers to waraahgreen.in and every page, subdomain and brand page hosted on it.
• “You”, “your”, “user” refers to any person who accesses, browses or interacts with the website.
• “Content” refers to text, images, graphics, logos, brand names, product descriptions, videos, layouts and code published on the website.
• “Brands” refers to NIRAAN, WHYUS, THUNDER, KIDDYCO and any other brand the Company launches.

Waraah Green Technologies Private Limited is a private limited company registered in India. We hold the statutory registrations required to operate, including Company Incorporation, GST Registration and PAN. We continue to apply for additional product and industry certifications as our range expands. Our work spans microgreen based instant food, natural skincare and personal care, a naturally crafted energy drink, and microgreen infused chocolate for children. Products are developed by our in-house Research & Development team using proprietary formulations, and manufactured through vetted third party manufacturing partners under our formulation and quality direction.

You may use this website if you are 18 years of age or older and able to form a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. If you are under 18, use the site only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who accepts these terms on your behalf. KIDDYCO products are made for children aged 3 and above. The purchase decision, and any decision to give a product to a child, rests with the parent or guardian. You agree to use the website for lawful purposes and in a way that does not restrict anyone else from using it.

We publish product information with care. Descriptions, ingredient references, nutritional claims, images and packaging visuals are provided for general information about our brands. Please note the following:

• Product photographs and renders are indicative. Actual packaging, colour, size and presentation may differ.
• Formulations, ingredients and specifications may change as our R&D team improves a product.
• The label on the physical pack is the authoritative source, not this website.
• Availability differs by region, retailer and batch. A product shown here may not be available near you.
• Where a page shows prices, those prices are indicative and exclude taxes and delivery unless stated. We may revise pricing without prior notice.

Read the label, ingredient list and usage instructions on the physical product before you consume or apply anything.

Read this section carefully. Our food and beverage products are foods, not medicines. Our personal care products are cosmetics, not drugs. Nothing on this website is a diagnosis, a prescription, or a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, dietitian, dermatologist or paediatrician.

Statements about microgreens, ingredients or wellness benefits describe general nutritional properties. They do not claim to treat, cure, prevent or diagnose any disease or condition. Results differ from person to person. Diet, lifestyle, age, medication and existing health conditions all affect outcomes.

If you are pregnant, nursing, managing a medical condition, taking prescription medication, or buying for a child, consult a qualified professional before use. If you have a known allergy or intolerance, check the full ingredient declaration on the pack. Stop use and seek medical help if you experience an adverse reaction. Patch test skincare products before full application.

Our energy drink under the THUNDER brand is formulated for active adults. It is not intended for children, pregnant women or people sensitive to caffeine or stimulant ingredients. You accept that you use our products at your own discretion and responsibility.

The contact form on this website exists so that partners, retailers, distributors, media and interested customers can reach us. When you submit an enquiry:

• You confirm the details you provide are accurate and belong to you.
• You permit us to contact you by email, phone or WhatsApp in connection with that enquiry.
• You accept that submitting a form does not create a business relationship, a distributorship, a supply agreement or any binding commitment on either side.

We aim to respond within one to two business days. We do not sell or rent your contact details. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Do not send confidential business information, trade secrets or unsolicited product ideas through the form. Anything you send without a signed confidentiality agreement is treated as non-confidential.

Any commercial discussion that follows an enquiry stays subject to a separate written agreement. Quotations, indicative pricing, sample dispatch, territory discussions and MOQ conversations are proposals, not contracts, until both parties sign. Custom formulation work carried out by our R&D team is governed by its own written scope, timeline and ownership terms agreed before work begins.

Everything on this website belongs to us or to our licensors. This includes the Waraah name and logo, the brand names NIRAAN, WHYUS, THUNDER and KIDDYCO, their logos and taglines, product names, packaging design, photography, illustrations, written copy, page layouts, and the underlying code of the site. Indian copyright, trademark and design law protects this material.

You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own non-commercial reference. You may not:

• copy, reproduce, republish or redistribute our content for commercial gain
• use our brand names, logos or product imagery in your own listings, packaging, advertising or social media without our written permission
• register domain names, social handles, app names or trademarks that are identical or confusingly similar to our brands
• pass off any product as ours, or suggest an association, endorsement or partnership that does not exist

• overload, disrupt or interfere with the site through denial of service attempts or excessive automated requests
• impersonate the Company, our employees or another user
• submit false, defamatory, obscene, hateful or infringing material through any form on the site
• collect email addresses, phone numbers or other data from the site for marketing or resale

We may block access, remove content or report the matter to law enforcement where we believe a breach has occurred.

You keep ownership of anything you submit to us through a form, an email or a public comment. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide licence to use, store, reproduce and display that material for the purpose of responding to you, improving our products, and where you have given consent, for marketing. You confirm that what you submit is yours to share and does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove or decline to publish any submission.

This website links to external destinations, including maps, social media profiles, retailer listings and our web development partner. Those sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control third party sites and we do not endorse their content, products or practices. Visiting them is your decision and your risk. Where our products are sold through a marketplace, a retailer or a distributor, that seller’s terms govern the sale, including payment, delivery, returns and refunds.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim connected with this website is limited to one thousand Indian Rupees (INR 1,000) or the amount you paid us directly, whichever is higher. Claims relating to a physical product purchased from a seller are handled under the terms of that sale and the applicable consumer protection law.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any claim, demand, loss, damage, cost or legal fee arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website, your infringement of our intellectual property, or your violation of any law or third party right.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the rights available to you. It forms part of these terms. We process personal data in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, as applicable. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu hold exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or connected with this website or these terms. Before starting proceedings, we ask that you contact us at info@waraahgreen.com so we can attempt to resolve the matter directly.

• Severability. If a court finds any clause unenforceable, that clause is severed and the remaining clauses continue in force.
• Waiver. If we do not enforce a right under these terms, that is not a waiver of the right.
• Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the complete agreement between you and the Company regarding your use of this website.
• Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these terms. We may assign ours to a group company or a successor business.
• Language. These terms are published in English. Where a translation exists and conflicts, the English version prevails.
